Resident Rooms
Timber tones and earth based textures make the resident rooms at Brightwater Inglewood feel warm, welcoming and homely.
Each room has features a fully accessible en suite, latest care technology and a 43-inch wall mounted television.
Large floor-to-ceiling windows encourages the entry of natural light and brings the freshness of outdoors in.
A peaceful neighbourhood and nearby parkland offer relaxing views of greenery from resident rooms.
Every resident room is spacious and furnished with Unicare’s Xcel floorline bed.
Unicare’s Xcel floorline bed is a functional and contemporary aged care bed, custom manufactured in a laminate to match the natural decor of the room.

A range of mattresses from Care of Sweden was chosen to provide effective pressure care and resident comfort.
Care of Sweden is a global leader in the manufacture of mattresses, pillows, and cushions for the prevention and treatment of pressure injuries. They are also the creators of the revolutionary pulsation technology, an advancement in healthcare over traditional alternating air mattresses.
Sunrise Medical‘s Breezy Basix and SR45 tilt-in-space wheelchairs, as well as a range of other mobility and safety equipment, were carefully selected to meet residents’ daily needs.
Ongoing Equipment Support and Maintenance with Unitrax
Ongoing equipment support and maintenance is managed by Unitrax – Unicare’s very own cloud-based asset management system.
Care staff can report any equipment issues by scanning a unique QR code, which informs Unicare’s support department about what equipment requires attention, where the equipment is located, its service history, and other valuable information. This reduces time and effort required by care staff to look for a serial or model number or describe the problem over the phone. Care staff can upload photos and videos, view user manuals and even troubleshoot problems with technicians over the phone.
Unitrax has also proven to be an invaluable tool for aged care providers to monitor equipment value, track service histories, keep tabs on maintenance costs, as well as prepare budget and audit reports.
