Set in the leafy suburb of Martin, Manoah House is an aged care facility that provides highly personalised care to 19 residents in spacious, homely, single accommodation units. Manoah is the only ethnic specific residential care facility in Western Australia catering for Dutch persons from different backgrounds and are particularly attractive to the many who share that cultural heritage.

Manoah House has expanded!
Including a dedicated area catering for those living with dementia, Manoah’s newly completed 16-bed residential care wing features bright and contemporary spaces that celebrates minimalism in its geometry and palette, with a design focus on resident-centred care in its spatiality and detail.
Each room features large glazed doors that welcomes abundant natural light, opening out into beautifully created outdoor spaces detailed with timber battens, garden benches and sustainable planter boxes.
An easily accessible kitchenette and spacious bathroom compliments the functionality of each room, deeply conscious and supportive of the residents and caregivers who will be actively using these spaces.
By placing an emphasis on the aesthetics of a warm inviting colour palette and functional care coordination, each room has been furnished with
- Xcel Floorline beds featuring custom woodgrain panels to match inbuilt cabinetry
- Matching bedside cabinets
- 5zon pressure care mattress by Care of Sweden
- Over bed/chair table for meals and activities
- Shower chairs and safety equipment
