Exchanges & Returns
Our belief is that everyone should be able to try our products at home – and to change their mind about them. That's why our return policy allows you to return any product to us – within 30 days of purchase.
Our 30-day return policy means you can try our products at home and easily return them for an exchange or refund. Our return policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Simply keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
Change of mind return/exchange
We are pleased to offer a change of mind return or exchange if
- Goods are returned within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is provided or can be located on our system
- Returned goods are unused and in saleable condition
- In the case of disposable items, the original packaging is fully intact

Proceed to Unicare reception to return/exchange a product. This process is usually straightforward, especially if you follow the guidelines outlined above and present your receipt as proof of purchase.
Unicare return/exchange via collection
We can arrange transport to collect larger products you want to return. But unless the product being returned is part of a claim, a collection fee will apply. We’ll notify you of the cost, which will be taken from your refund before it’s made. If the product is being returned because it was faulty, damaged, or not as we described it, then we’ll cover the collection cost
Repairs, Exchanges, Credits and Refunds
Our 30-day return policy allows you a choice of repair or exchange, receive a credit to use on future purchases or receive a refund via EFT or EFTPOS. Cash refunds are not available in-store.

We unicare about your experience with us
This is addressed on a case-by-case basis. Returns after 30 days are subject to approval by our customer service team. A 20% restocking fee applies.
Your service provider would have to organise the return/exchange because the payment must be returned to the person/organization who purchased the product.
You can take the item back to Unicare in Bentley along with proof of purchase.
For change of mind returns some items including those marked as clearance or reduced to clear are excluded. If you need to make a return because the item is faulty or damaged, you are entitled to Consumer Guarantees which are not impacted by this policy.
Wherever possible we will provide any refund you are eligible for back to the original method of payment. If we are not able to do this, we will hold your credits on file to the value of your refund. Your credits can be used in-store for future purchases. Cash refunds are not available in-store.
