We offer flat-rate delivery on all website orders Australia-wide:
• $25 + GST for orders up to $1,000
• $50 + GST for orders over $1,000
Please note: These delivery rates apply to orders placed via the Unicare website only. Different delivery terms may apply to quotes and orders placed through myUnicare or other ordering methods.

Standard Delivery Australia-wide

Standard delivery will take 3–7 business days for customers in Metro areas. Allow 7–10 business days for regional areas. Please be aware that during very busy periods, standard delivery timeframes may be affected.
Express Delivery
- Express courier fee applies
If Express Delivery is available for your order, we'll let you know on the checkout page. Express delivery will take 1-3 business days to arrive for customers in metro areas and 2-4 business days for customers in regional areas across the country.
Big & Bulky In-Situ delivery
We provide a 'Big & Bulky' delivery service for things that are too large or heavy to be sent via ordinary post or courier. We'll notify you on the product page if the item requires this special service, and its associated cost. Typically, these goods will arrive within 7–14 business days. If the item is being custom-made for you (such as a lift and recline chair), it will most likely take longer, and we will notify you via email.
This depends on the type of delivery you are waiting for.
If you are expecting a Big & Bulky In-Situ delivery, you will need to be home to instruct our driver where you’d like your delivery to be left.
If you are expecting a standard or express delivery, our driver will leave your delivery in a safe location. If they are unable to find a safe location, they will retain the delivery, and bring it back to our warehouse. Unsuccessful deliveries may be subject to a re-delivery charge.
