Order Status
So you’ve ordered online!  What happens next? Here’s an overview of the stages your order will go through before you receive it.Â
1 - Preparing your order
We have received your order and have verified your payment.
2 - Picking your order
Instructions have been sent to our warehouse team to pick and pack your order. It’s too late to cancel the order but if you change your mind, you can return any unsuitable item (after you receive it). See Exchanges & Returns
3 - Preparing your delivery
Your order is scheduled for delivery.
4 - Your order is on its way
Your order is with a driver and is on its way to you. You’ll be notified when your order is on its way.Â
5 - Your order is delivered
Your order has been successfully delivered. Need help? Inform the delivery driver and/or contact us.

Delivery Order Updates
When your order is ready for delivery you will receive an email or phone call from us. If your order contains multiple items it may be sent in multiple parcels.

You can track your order by calling 1800 656 654 and press 4 for after-sales service.

Sometimes the items you’ve ordered are heading to you from different locations around Australia. To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we may send them separately.
