Yes, it’s completely free. Showroom at Home™ brings our most recommended home care products directly to your client’s home, so you can trial equipment in the environment it’s intended for—ensuring the best possible fit for your client’s needs.
What products are available in the mobile showroom van for my client to try?
Showroom at Home™ is equipped with a wide range of assistive technology recommended by occupational therapists. Your client can trial popular items such as bathroom safety equipment, mobility aids, pressure care products, daily living and kitchen aids—all in their own home environment. This helps ensure the equipment is suitable, functional, and supports their independence and safety at home.

Does my client need to have a home care package to use Showroom at Home™?
Not at all. Showroom at Home™ is a free mobile showroom service available to anyone - regardless of whether they have home care funding. It’s ideal for clients who want to trial one or multiple pieces of assistive technology in the comfort of their own home before making a decision.
Can my client try electric profiling beds, pressure care mattresses, hoists, or lift chairs through Showroom at Home™?
Larger equipment such as beds, mattresses, hoists, and lift chairs aren’t carried in the mobile showroom due to space and handling limitations. However, you can still trial these items at home through our 3-Day Trial service or visit our Experience Hub to view and test them in person.
What's the difference between the Showroom at Home™ and 3-Day Trial?

Can my client try a Unicare product that is not available in the mobile showroom?
Absolutely. If the item isn’t part of our mobile showroom, your client can still experience it at home through our free 3-Day Trial service.
Can I keep items from the Showroom at Home™ van for a 3-Day Trial?
Unfortunately not, as we want every customer we visit to have access to the whole range of assistive equipment available in our mobile showroom.
Can I try just one product?
Of course! You can try one product or as many as you like to find the right fit and functionality for your client's needs.
