After the 3-day trial period ends, you have three options:
Option 1: Purchase
If you wish to keep the products you tried, simply let us know, and we will process your purchase. We will send you an invoice for the items you want to purchase, and once paid, the products are yours to keep. If you're purchasing through a funding package, we'll coordinate with your service provider for hassle-free payment.
Option 2: Return
If you decide not to purchase the products after trying them, that’s perfectly okay. Here’s how returns work:
If we delivered your trial items: We’ll organise a collection for you at no cost within the Perth metro area. Simply send us a message.
If you picked up the items from Unicare: You’ll need to return them to us at our Perth warehouse at the end of your trial.
For regional and rural areas: collection charges may apply.
Option 3: Trial Alternative Products
If the products you've tried don't quite meet your needs, we're here to help. We can recommend alternative options for you to trial. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect solution tailored to your unique requirements.
How You'll Be Notified
Our customer care team will send you an email or call you when the trial ends. We'll ask about your decision to keep or return the products. Just let us know whether you’d like to purchase, return, or trial something else. If we don’t hear from you by the end of the 3-day trial period, we’ll assume you’d like to purchase the items.
