Step 2: Free Delivery (Perth Metro Area)
If you reside within the Perth metropolitan area, we offer free delivery of the trial equipment. For regional and rural areas, delivery charges may apply.
Step 3: Professional Setup and Trial
Your trial equipment will be delivered by a product specialist who will guide you through the setup process, provide insights, and demonstrate safe and effective usage. During the trial appointment, they will address your concerns and questions. If the product doesn't suit your needs, they can suggest alternatives. We recommend that your therapist, service provider, or carer attend this appointment to evaluate the equipment and provide input based on their expertise and knowledge of your situation.
Step 4: Three-Day Trial Period
Once the setup is complete, you'll have three days to trial the equipment in the comfort of your home. This allows you to experience the product firsthand and determine if it meets your needs.
Step 5: Follow-up and Next Steps
After the 3-day trial period, we will:
- Contact you via email for feedback on your experience
- Ask if you wish to: Purchase the products, trial alternative options or have us collect the trial products
- Guide you through the next steps
