The ATSA Independent Living Expo has been the foremost exhibition for assistive technology, rehabilitation and aged care equipment across Australia for nearly 25 years. Designed for allied health professionals, carers, seniors and people with disability, this expo offers a glimpse into the latest and greatest products and services in the industry. The ATSA expo travels nationwide, returning to Perth every two years.
Unicare returned to ATSA Perth 2025 with one goal in mind – to unveil our most spectacular showcase of assistive technology yet. ✨
From Photobooth Fun to Krispy Kreme chaos, there was no shortage of delight on the Unicare stand.
Over the two days, the Unicare team handed out a whopping 700 showbags! With a funky design and lots of fresh freebies inside, we can understand why they were so popular. 😁
Taking center stage on the stand was the new Xcel 3 bed series, including both the Xcel 3 and Xcel 3 Pro models.
Designed closely with occupational therapy experts, these beds represent the latest in electric profiling bed technology, offering a user-friendly and customizable sleep experience.
Hanging over the Xcel 3 beds was the Luna Ceiling Hoist, a safe, stylish and versatile lifting solution suitable for any space.
We were delighted to welcome the Para Mobility team on stand too, bringing with them advanced patient handling technology that enables pool access for people with disabilities.
The Kingfisher Pool Hoist offers a secure pool transfer with features like liftable armrests, removable and adjustable footrests, and a lap belt to eliminate the risk of falling into the water.
The mobile nature of the Pelican Pool Hoist allows it to be easily wheeled from one location to another, making it perfect for use in communal settings and in private homes.
People loved visiting our stand to see the Pelican Pool Hoist in action, with a spa brought on scene to demonstrate!
We also had the Allegro team join us to feature two of our most popular hoists.
The Forte 320 hoist is a heavy-duty bariatric lifting hoist that offers a superior patient lift space, complemented by a bariatric four-point yoke.
The Alto lifting hoist sported a power pivot frame with integrated weigh scale, perfect for fuss-free weight monitoring.
The Aura wheelchair shone in rose gold and meteor grey glory. We loved telling attendees about its ultra lightweight frame that starts from 6.5kg!
Parked at the end of our stand was the bright pink Showroom at Home™ van.
With its doors open, people could peek inside and witness firsthand the sheer volume of AT brought to every Showroom at Home™ booking.
The next evolutionary stage in Regency chairs was presented as the brand new Carer chair, suitable for use in the homecare and community care settings.
The Carer chair is available in new contemporary colours, whilst focusing on pressure injury prevention, comfort and postural support.
A fleet of Juvo Shower Commodes sat on stand, a range renowned for hygiene care excellence.
Unicare Health’s own Focused Educator, Ilissa Liew, took to the stage to present the latest innovations in pressure care mattress technology.
We are proud to announce that Unicare's marketing team secured their fourth consecutive win of the Best Exhibitor Marketing Campaign, an accolade that celebrates the dedication to this expo.
Adding to the team’s joy, our expansive 21m-wide stand shone bright, earning us the Best Large Stand Award.
