So, with our sights set on making our best year yet, we were excited to return to Mandoon Estate for a day of focused planning and team-building.

2023: A Year for the Record Books
As we reflected on our recent achievements and analysed areas for improvement, we couldn’t help but feel excited for what’s to come! The past year has been filled with remarkable accomplishments, reflecting our enthusiasm for advancing the landscape of assistive technology in Australia. Some of our 2023 successes include:
- Winning Assistive Technology Supplier & Manufacturer of the Year at the ATSA Awards
- Building the first Assistive Technology Collaboration Centre in Western Australia
- Expanding our delivery fleet in response to increasing demand
- And plenty more!
But continuing to deliver excellence means we can’t rest on our successes. With the lessons we have learned from these milestones, we have built a strong foundation that will support us as we strive for even greater achievements in the years ahead.
The Power of Teamwork
After a long day of strategising, we put our game faces on for some delightful team-building activities, courtesy of Rapid Teams. These games encouraged creative communication and teamwork, getting us to strategise and align our ways of thinking to achieve success. The dynamic partnerships we created will bind us together as we navigate our plans for the future.
Thanks to Rapid Teams, we entered the virtual realms through the magic of virtual reality (VR). Our teams became quick-thinking bomb disposal experts through VR team-building games, where we put our logic and communication skills to the test. We also had a blast tackling puzzles that challenged our communication, creativity, and forward-thinking strategy.
