Unicare sets new goals and continues to capitalise on major growth strategies at annual Strategy Day

We were delighted to return to Mandoon Estate for our annual strategy day, which was packed with a variety of fun and professional activities throughout the day.

At Unicare Health, we believe that having a good strategic plan is key to setting our business on track for success.

Every team member participates in the development of our annual strategic plan to create a single, forward-looking vision unifying every level and department.

It was fantastic to see teams celebrate their 2022 wins, reflect on their disappointments, and present excellent ideas for capitalising on last year’s growth strategies.

Bringing the entire team together for a day was a fantastic way to catch up and appreciate how each other’s contributions to strategy goals contributed to another big company leap forwards.

Our strategy meeting day included some fun team building and development activities led by Rapid Teams.

Across the world, traditional structures are giving way to Agile teams that can respond quickly to new challenges, solve problems and innovate at speed.

Through Rapid Teams, we learned how to be an agile Scrum Team, focused on teamwork, communication and nurturing each other’s quality of life.

We were given several challenging activities to solve under pressure, while continuously reflecting on different team strategies to improve.

Everyone enjoyed fun and sunshine in the valley and an opportunity to have a laugh with one another.

Warren Campbell from creative.adm mapped our customer journey strategy with us, focusing on our brand positioning ‘More Than Care’ and how we live our brand values.

These were just a few of the many questions Warren posed to spark our thinking and apply towards our customer engagement strategies.

The remaining sessions of the day focused on corporate objectives, project management strategies, and departmental strategic goals.

This year, we’re working hard to provide you with better support services and an even more memorable unicare experience through improved customer-centric strategies.
