Product Overview

The JAY J2 Wheelchair Cushion is a pressure-relief seating cushion designed to improve comfort, stability, and skin protection for wheelchair users. It combines a pre-contoured foam base with a fluid-filled insert, helping distribute pressure evenly while supporting proper sitting posture.

The cushion features a JAY Flow™ fluid tripad that conforms to the user’s shape and helps protect vulnerable areas from pressure build-up, reducing the risk of skin breakdown during prolonged sitting.

A contoured closed-cell foam base provides stability and positioning support, helping maintain pelvic alignment while seated. The cushion is also available with breathable or moisture-resistant covers to assist with comfort and hygiene.

Optional solid seat inserts add extra stability, preventing the cushion from sliding with the chair upholstery.
Postural accessories like thigh supports, pelvic supports, and obliquity supports can be added to the cushion.
