Product Overview
The CuroCell IQ CX15 Pressure Care Mattress provides an intelligent support surface for users with increased pressure injury risk who require ongoing pressure management during extended periods in bed. Suitable for hospitals, aged care homes, rehabilitation and home care, this alternating pressure mattress combines responsive support with automated pressure adjustment to help reduce prolonged loading on vulnerable areas.
For users with reduced mobility, changes in body position can alter how pressure is distributed across the support surface. The CuroCell IQ system responds to the individual and automatically adapts internal mattress pressure when positioning changes, reducing the need for caregivers to manually determine pressure settings. This makes the CX15 a practical pressure relief mattress where consistent, individualised pressure management is required throughout the day and night.
As a complete replacement pressure care mattress, the CX15 can form part of an individualised pressure injury prevention and treatment plan while supporting comfort, stability and easier pressure care management. Its relatively low mattress profile can also be beneficial when considering compatibility with bed safety rails. For hospitals, aged care homes and community care environments, the CuroCell mattress provides an advanced solution for users whose mobility and pressure care needs require a dynamic support surface.
