The Xcel3 Single Prime Oak Electric Nursing Bed combines versatile electric positioning with a contemporary timber finish to support users and caregivers across hospitals, aged care homes, rehabilitation settings and home care environments. Designed for everyday comfort and clinical functionality, this electric nursing bed features electric height adjustment, backrest elevation and knee break functions that allow the bed position to be adapted to individual care and mobility requirements. Its low 280 mm minimum platform height also supports safer bed access and can help reduce risks associated with users getting in and out of bed.
Designed to make repositioning and everyday care easier, the Xcel3 features one-touch auto contour and auto-regression of the backrest, helping reduce pressure and shear as the backrest is raised. A backlit LINAK handset provides straightforward operation, including in low-light environments, while the central locking system allows caregivers to manage the bed's castors conveniently. The built-in 200 mm bed extension accommodates taller users without requiring tools, while removable head and footboards provide improved access when required for care.
