From smaller items like walking frames to larger equipment such as hospital beds and patient hoists, our experienced team takes care of delivery, setup, and collection — so you don’t have to worry about a thing.
We prioritise urgent requests, including hospital discharges, and can coordinate same-day delivery when needed. In most cases, delivery can be arranged within 24–48 hours across the Perth metropolitan area. If you need equipment sooner, you can also choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick up directly from our Bentley showroom.
Most of our equipment has a standard minimum hire period of one week (seven days). This ensures cost-effectiveness for our clients and allows enough time for clinical trials or post-operative recovery.

We take care of all maintenance for our rental equipment. If you experience any issues, we’ll either arrange a quick replacement or have our service and repair team prioritise the issue, so care is not interrupted.
We charge a once-off delivery and collection fee of $110.00 (inc. GST) within the Perth metropolitan area. This fee covers the professional transport of your equipment to your location, equipment setup inside your home and the final collection once your hire period is complete. For deliveries outside the metro area, we will provide a custom quote to accommodate your needs across Western Australia.
Yes, a once-off cleaning and maintenance fee of $13.20 (inc. GST) applies to all rentals. This small fee ensures that every piece of assistive technology is sanitized to hospital-grade infection control standards and undergoes a rigorous mechanical safety check before it reaches your home or location of choice.
No. We are committed to total pricing transparency. Outside of your weekly rental rate, there are only two one-off charges as listed below. We do not charge hidden admin fees, insurance levies, or "exit" surcharges.
