To access your organization’s negotiated pricing, register and log in using your work email address associated with your organization’s domain.
For example, if you work for Tashacare, signing in with an email like mary.campbell@tashacare.com.au
will display the contract pricing your organization has negotiated with Unicare.
If your organization does not have contract pricing with Unicare but is a registered healthcare provider our system, you will still be able to view discounted healthcare pricing.
If you register or log in using a personal email address (such as Gmail or Yahoo), you will only see standard retail pricing.
If your work email domain isn’t immediately recognized by our system, account creation may be temporarily blocked. This helps protect the platform from unauthorized or non-healthcare registrations.
In these cases, we will review and verify your request and organization. Once we confirm that you belong to a legitimate healthcare organization, you’ll receive an email with the next steps to complete your registration with myUnicare.
