The Quickie Q50 R Carbon is an ultra-lightweight folding power wheelchair designed for everyday mobility and travel. Its strong carbon-fibre frame weighs just 14.5kg without batteries while supporting users up to 136kg, making the chair easier to lift into a car and store between journeys.
This compact portable electric wheelchair folds within seconds without removing the battery. A narrow 570mm overall width and tight turning radius support manoeuvrability through doorways, hallways and other restricted indoor spaces, while breathable seating helps maintain comfort during longer outings.
Powered by a removable 10Ah lithium-ion battery, the Q50 R Carbon offers up to 12km of driving range or up to 24km with an optional second battery. Its IATA-compliant battery supports air travel, subject to individual airline approval, making this lightweight power chair suitable for holidays, family visits and daily community access.
