Product Overview
The Oxford Six-Point Yoke is a spreader-bar accessory designed to connect compatible loop-style slings to selected Oxford mobile hoists. Its six attachment points provide multiple sling-loop connection positions, helping clinicians configure body support and seated posture according to the person’s assessed transfer needs.
This attachment supports a broad range of patient transfers, including movement between beds, chairs, wheelchairs and other care surfaces. Used with an appropriately selected Oxford sling, it provides a practical option for routine lifting as well as transfers requiring greater adjustment of the sling’s leg sections and overall seating position.
The yoke is suitable for compatible Oxford hoists with interchangeable spreader-bar and cradle systems, including the Oxford Presence and Stature. Compatibility, sling size and loop selection should be confirmed through an individual assessment. As part of a safe patient handling equipment system, the completed setup must remain within the safe working load of its lowest-rated component.
