Product Overview
The Ansa Standard Yoke with Integrated Weigh Scale combines everyday patient lifting with convenient in-hoist weight monitoring. Designed for compatible general-purpose loop slings, it enables carers to weigh a person while they remain supported, reducing the need for an additional transfer to separate weighing equipment.
The scale has a 320 kg safe working load, measures in 200 g graduations and includes a tare function with kilogram or pound display options. It is intended to support regular weight monitoring for general wellbeing, particularly when conventional weighing is difficult because of the person’s support needs.
Suitable for patient handling equipment used in hospitals, rehabilitation services and aged care homes, the yoke has non-absorbent polyurethane padding to support routine cleaning. Its integrated design results in approximately 20 mm of lost lifting height. Hoist and sling compatibility must be confirmed before use, and the lowest-rated component determines the maximum capacity of the complete patient transfer equipment system.
