Product Overview
The ANSA Padded Backrest for Shower Stool provides additional comfort and support for users who benefit from a more supportive seated position during showering. Designed as a shower stool accessory, it can complement compatible shower seating as part of an individualised bathroom setup.
For occupational therapists and care teams, seating comfort and positioning can be important considerations when adapting shower seating around a person’s mobility and personal care needs. A padded backrest may be considered where additional posterior support is preferred during independent or assisted showering.
Suitable for compatible shower stools used across home care, hospitals, rehabilitation environments and aged care homes, this padded backrest provides a practical way to adapt existing shower seating. Compatibility with the intended shower stool should be confirmed before selection.
Product Features
- Attaches to shower stool for additional comfort and support while seated in the shower.
- Backrest only, shower stool sold separately.
