Ivo Manua
Customer Relationship Manager
Meet Ivo, one of our Customer Relationship Managers.
Ivo joined Unicare Health in 2024 as a delivery truck driver. Through his hard work, willingness to learn and genuine care for customers, he progressed into his current role as Customer Relationship Manager.
His delivery experience gave him valuable first-hand knowledge of Unicare’s products and the practical considerations involved in getting equipment safely into customers’ homes. Today, he uses that experience to help coordinate equipment trials, deliveries and product solutions while making sure each customer’s needs are clearly understood.
Ivo believes that clarity is kindness. He takes the time to listen, explain each step and keep customers, therapists and colleagues informed throughout the process. His patience, positive attitude and outgoing personality make him a trusted contact for customers and a much-loved member of the Unicare team.
Outside work, Ivo enjoys staying active at the gym and practising with his church band. He has played drums and guitar for more than eight years and enjoys sharing his love of music with his bandmates and community.
