Clinical Educator - Seating Specialist
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist with expertise in seating principles to join our Clinical Education team as a Focused Educator. In this role, you will develop and deliver high-quality clinical training to internal staff and external healthcare professionals, supporting best practices in assistive technology and seating solutions.
You will work collaboratively with our sales, marketing, and operations teams, contributing your clinical expertise to product education, training resources, and customer solutions.
About You
AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist
Demonstrated experience and expertise in seating
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to translate complex information into practical, engaging training
Practical, solutions-focused mindset that supports both client outcomes and the broader business & commercial goals
Self-directed, driven, and committed to ongoing professional growth, evidence-based practice, and a proactive approach to learning
Valid WA driver’s license
Willingness to travel interstate or overseas if required
Willingness to learn, supporting continual improvement, and display our ‘More than Care’ values towards others
Strong communication skills, and a collegial, friendly team-player personality
